What is your warranty?
We offer one-year limited warranty for all our goods. Free spare parts will be sent to you to replace within the warranty.
What is your payment term?
For samples, 100% before shipping.
For bulk order, 30% deposit and balance before shipping. We always provide production and packing photos before shipping so that you know the conditions of your goods.
What is the lead time if I order?
Well, it really depends on which product you order and the quantity needed. Some items we have in stock which can ship really quick, some items no stock normally takes 7-14 days for production.
What is your MOQ?
Normally we do not require for most fixtures, one piece to start is absolutely welcome. For some small fixture, we have have small MOQ like 4 pieces, 6 pieces as they are packed in one master carton.
How will you ship the goods?
Two options.
Ship with our agent, we will caculate the best shipping cost from our side.
Or ship with your own agent if you have, we always provide packing list.
Can I have my own brand?
Fixture comes with our brand – ESR light or neutural brand.
MOQ is required to do OEM.
